1. Procurement Selection and Due Diligence – We leverage our extensive relationships in the multi-modal sector to help select the right freight and logistics partners and suppliers for a Client which accelerates the time for contracting.

2. Commercial Development – Given changes in supply chains many companies are accelerating their commercial plans to either avoid the loss of trade or to benefit from these changes. We help to develop and enhance the commercial propositions technically and commercially.

3. Commercial Review – We have extensive experience of working with agents, 3PLs and 4PLs from a cargo, mode of transport, customer and trade compliance perspective. We use this to identify strengths and weaknesses in the commercial proposition, which helps to plan and deliver more workable arrangements with these organisations.


